This Privacy Policy explains how Nozie ("Nozie," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares
information when you use the Nozie website, dashboard, API, and the nozie monitoring agent
(together, the "Service").
Nozie is an autonomous AI DevOps platform that monitors your Docker containers, detects errors, investigates and writes fixes via AI, opens GitHub Pull Requests, and — with your explicit confirmation — restarts or redeploys your containers.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you create a Nozie account, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide.
Infrastructure and monitoring data. The nozie agent sends container name,
status, CPU/memory usage, restart counts, and short error log snippets (only the lines around a detected
error, never full continuous log streams).
GitHub integration. If connected, we store an encrypted OAuth token used to read, fix, and open Pull Requests only on repositories you explicitly link.
Notification channel data. Depending on the alert channel you choose:
- Email — your account email address.
- Telegram — your Telegram chat ID, username, and display name, linked only after you explicitly connect via a one-time deep link.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to operate and improve the Service, detect and fix errors in your infrastructure, send alerts through your chosen channel, authenticate your account, process billing, and respond to support requests. We do not use your infrastructure data or log content to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.
3. Data Retention
- Container health/heartbeat data: 7 days
- Command and restart history: 90 days
- Inbound Telegram message logs: 30 days
- Account and incident data: retained while your account is active
4. Your Rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Manage most of this directly in Settings, or contact us for a full account deletion request.
5. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest for sensitive fields. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
