Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nozie website, dashboard, API, and the nozie monitoring agent (together, the "Service"), operated by Nozie ("we," "us," or "our"). By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Nozie is an autonomous AI DevOps platform that monitors your Docker containers, detects errors, investigates and writes fixes via AI, opens GitHub Pull Requests, and — with your explicit confirmation — restarts or redeploys your containers. The Service is provided on an early-access, "as is" basis and may change substantially before general availability.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Waitlist and Beta Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service, on any timeline. We may grant access in waves, restrict features, or modify or discontinue any part of the beta at any time without notice.

4. Your Infrastructure and Data

You retain ownership of your code, containers, and infrastructure. By connecting a repository or container to Nozie, you grant us permission to read the data necessary to monitor it, generate fixes, and open Pull Requests on repositories you explicitly link. We will never restart, redeploy, or merge changes to your infrastructure without the confirmation flow you've configured.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to monitor infrastructure you do not own or have authorization to access
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service to generate or distribute malicious code
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

6. AI-Generated Fixes

Nozie uses third-party AI models to analyze errors and draft fixes. AI-generated Pull Requests are suggestions, not guarantees of correctness — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any change before it is merged or deployed to production.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Supabase, Anthropic, Google, GitHub, Telegram, and Polar.sh, to operate. Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant.

8. Billing

Paid plans, when available, are billed through Polar.sh on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will provide notice before any pricing change takes effect for existing subscribers.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that detected issues or generated fixes will be complete or accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nozie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of the Service, including actions taken on your infrastructure that you have confirmed or authorized.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
